This was such a surprise stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Wonderful service, lovely comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. The only thing I found challenging were the amount of stairs. It would be very challenging for the elderly or if you had mobility problems.

Well located and staffed by helpful, friendly people, it is a wonderful choice. Convenient nearby parking makes for hassle free driving. Steep modem staircases may be a challenge for some.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of the Old Town of Rovinj. Very convenient to everything worth seeing. Staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Small but elegant, comfortable, and well-designed rooms. Excellent on site restaurant worth dining at for at least one night. Highly recommended.

An amazing stay. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel was well designed and beautiful inside and only two minutes to the main square. This boutique hotel was exactly what we were looking for in a town as beautiful as Rovinj. The design elements of stone, glass, wood and metal brought together perfectly idea of the medieval influence of the Old Town with the beauty and stlye of updated design and architecture. The staff was without exception gracious, kind and accommodating. The offered breakfast each morning was simply amazing and consistenly delicious. We loved the location in the Old Town, we could walk or bike to all the restaurants or beaches we wanted to visit. When we needed our car it was no problem to walk the several blocks to the parking lot, totally worth it to be in the pedestrian-only part of the city. We absolutely loved the way the rooms were designed to make use of all the irregular spaces, it is a truly special place and we will definitely return. The only thing I would ask for is a few more hangars in the closet ;-)

Charming boutique hotel nestled right in the heart of Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep – well, until someone decided to visit the bathroom at 3 AM and flipped on the light! Speaking of the bathroom… whoever thought clear glass doors for the toilet was a good idea clearly never had to share a room. Let’s just say, if one person gets up, everyone gets up! It’s a unique design choice, for sure, but maybe not ideal for light sleepers. One thing to note: there are a *lot* of stairs, so if mobility is a concern, this might not be the best option. You can definitely tell it wasn’t easy converting an old building into a hotel, but for those who don’t mind a little leg workout, it’s a great choice. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return – as long as we remember to bring an eye mask for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks!

Settled in a cobblestone street with beautiful buildings, this unique hotel had every amenity you could possible want, including an in room elevator. From the beginning the staff made us feel so welcome. The detail in the room was amazing. The city is beautiful and feels like a real fairytale place. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast overlooking the sea was wonderful and so delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A fantastic place that we will remember forever.

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay here very much. The property is beautifully renovated, the room large and airy, and the staff were great. Mattia, Doroteja, and Luca were all standouts in hospitality and helpfulness. Rovinj is a beautiful fun town and a must see when you visit Croatia, and the Spirito Santo is the place to stay when you do!
