I was not aware that the hotel was remodeling and there was a lot of dust in the air. I was in an updated room and the workmanship was disappointing.

The room was great. The only major complaint I had was my daughter was getting out of the pool and slipped and cut her knee really bad on the ladder. It was missing a step and where the screw hole went was super sharp. We went to desk and asked for a bandaid cause her knee was bleeding and of course they didnt have a first aid kit. and didnt even ask if she was ok. When I went in the morning to ask if they had fixed the problem the lady didnt know anything about it.

I like the accommodations. The room was clean. It had a microwave, small refrigerator, The room furnishings and space were good. The room seem to be a little cold and the thermostat did not adjust to increase the temperature. also the toilet was very low.

No handicap rooms

I booked a handicap room on line when I got there they didn’t have a handicap room available. They put me on the lower level, as the elevator was not working and I cannot do steps. They told me I could upgrade to handicap the next day for a charge! The toilet was so low to the ground in my room that by the end of my stay my hip that was replaced was in severe pain. I could not shower because it was not a handicap shower. The room was not very clean and it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was very difficult for me to pack / unpack and I had 3 grandchildren coming to visit I would have switched hotels.
