The pillows were absolute horse dookie!!! Hard lumps in one, basically nothing in the other. I had a terrible night sleep because of it (in combination with the mattress that was too firm, but the lack of sleep was mostly due to pillows). AC did not cool the room evenly. One end was hot while the other was frigid.

My friend and I had a quick night's stay here on the way to Lake Havasu. Marriot came through for us as usual! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was tastefully done and very clean, kudos again to Marriot. The desk was set up so that it divided the space between the bed and the sofa bed nicely, which is helpful when traveling with a friend for a quick stop when you don't need separate rooms, just separate beds. The complimentary breakfast was great, with lots of options. There were amenities and a mall next door but we didn't take advantage of those due to time restraints. It's nice to be able to count on Marriot for a comfortable, above and beyond value. After this trip, I will be looking for their brand first whenever I travel. Thanks!

They let me check in at 1:00 pm as I told them my wife was in surgery and I wanted to have everything unloaded and ready when she got out . I found several small ants in the bathroom, but everything was clean?

Family State bowling trip

The hotel room was really nice and clean. The only two negatives i have is that the heater/ac unit is really loud when it comes on. Not such a great night of sleeping due to that. Also, the TV talks whenever you are changing the volume or the channel. It was quite annoying.

Perfect for business trip

Springhill Suites was perfect for my Salt Lake business trip. Very close to where i needed to be, but had ammenities after work to grab a bite, or even walk around to shop (some chain stores). Hotel was clean, spacious to work with a desk, bath was clean, modern, and also spacious. The breakfast had hot foods, so that was a plus. It had options to grab on the go like yogurt and fruits, if you were on the run. Most of the guest i saw look like they were on business. I also traveled for work, so this place seemed.fitting. I had a King bed, and it was more than enough space. I can see getting that room as a couple for a quick stayover vacation also. But if u have kids, i dont think there is enough space. Just take that into consideration.
