Extraordinary customer service! All staff that we came in contact with greeted us. The restaurant staff at the onsite Four Brothers were pleasant and accommodating. The food was delicious also. You will not be disappointed!

It’s an old Catholic boys school, a little creepy and dated. Staff was excellent, food was great but the food service at restaurant was very slow. We spent most of our time across the river at the Mokara hotel, our key cards worked there so i guess it’s a sister hotel with better atmosphere, dining and rooftop pool.

Beautiful hotel - super friendly and accommodating staff. Large and comfortable room. Great location on the Riverwalk. Only complaint - our room was on the very end of one side of the hotel and there was a large tree right in front of our balcony which blocked the view of the Riverwalk. Also, the view to the left was blocked by a street. The only view we had was to the right of our balcony. Very disappointing! If you go, try to make arrangements beforehand to get a room more in the center of the hotel for a much better view.

When we first arrived at our room we discovered, while in the shower, that we had no bath towels. The next day they forgot to maid service our room by mid afternoon. We called the front desk and they told us the room would be cleaned immediately. We left the room and when we arrived later, the room had still not been serviced. I called again and they promised immediately, which they actually did. After that the service and hotel was very enjoyable. One more comment though. The lounges by the pool were all “reserved” with a towel first thing in the morning. Many of those reserved chairs remained unused for the whole day.
