We had a great stay at the hotel. There was easy access to the Riverwalk and we enjoyed our riverview balcony to take in the sounds and atmosphere from the people moving around below. The hotel felt centralized to the restaurants we wanted to visit as well as a convenient river boat pick up point just a few steps away. Hotel staff was courteous and the Valet was convenient and polite. Upon arriving we were met by a person that helped us get our vehicle handled and unloaded. She told us to go check in and find our room and she would meet us there. Within five minutes she was at our door with all of our luggage and helped us get settled. Overall experience was outstanding. I recommend the Omni la Mansion Del Rio.

The staff was very welcoming especially the young man that worked at the valet station. He was very polite and helpful in person and over the phone when we called to pick up our car. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. Our room had a private balcony facing the River Walk and it was a great place to relax. We rested well and very much enjoyed our breakfast at the Four Brothers hotel restaurant.

Front desk has little information about the area. The room Service, constantly didn’t put any new cups, coffee, stirers or napkins in the room! We were supposed to as we told them had an anniversary and they were going to supply champagne and a basket to the room, they never did! And when we checked with the front desk, It was never marked, but they did when we checked in. Good location
