The place is 5star. The front desk Vivian doesn’t want yo give the upgrade. She said upgrade is available but with fee and as well of late check out. I got the upgrade bec expedia rep did a refund instead just to get my perks. She said to get late out i have to call them first before checking in

Overall the stay was good for our family. Our 6y.o.was a fan of the pool slide, note that she barely made it with her height, the threshold is 48". I liked the cocktails at the pool bar and the area around the pool, which is clean and green. The room might need renovation, the mattresses have lived their better life. As a good thing, there is a fridge in the room. We had a breakfast for an additional fee in Arlo restaurant on the property, however earlier in the week it was closed. Parking was nice and not too expensive as in some other hotels in the area.

When I arrived with my family on this last minute trip I was greeted by a great staff. I actually didn’t think the trip was going to happen until I called at 1:30ish and spoke with the nicest staff member. I was convinced after that phone call. I definitely want to come again
