I booked this reservation, securing late check out. I paid more for this during check out and was the whole reason we booked - knowing that our daughter would be able to take a nap during this time the next day. We were told at checkout that this 'didnt show in our reservation' and that we would need to check if we could have late check out the morning of. We were not allowed late check out after asking the morning of, which then made us have to change all of our plans around. This shouldn't be an option at checkout if it is false and going to lead guests on.

This is a resort property with a lot of action. We had a college graduation party going on the the room near ours. But they quieted down around 9:30. The staff at the cafe store was not the most cordial nor helpful but that could have just been the help for that day. Nice place. Great place for families.

It was a very busy weekend so the property was very crowded, with a lot of people attending events and staying at the hotel. The pool was okay, the slide pool was not heated. The room was minimal and with less than average toiletries.

We stayed in the Regency tower and it was no where compared to the Palm tower we stayed in last year. Our room in the Regency tower was very small, almost felt claustrophobic. The AC fan only seem to work, because no cold air blew out no matter how low you put the thermostat. And the bathroom was very small. To use the toilet you had to pretty much walk into the bathtub to close the door. The pool and restaurants are always great. But because of the condition of our room, we ended up checking out a night early due to the uncomfortable temperature at night in the room.
