Aside from the airport shuttle not being available for my arrival or departure times, I enjoyed my stay at Bay Landing. The location was perfect and the hotel is well maintained. Although I wished my room faced the bay (next time), it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff on every shift was great.

Warm, cozy, and clean! We had a fantastic view of the bay, plus planes coming and going. There may have been minimal sound from the planes, I didn't notice though. All staff we spoke to was nice and pleasant. Breakfast was yummy. And loved that parking was freeeee!!

Rooms are clean but dated - electrical outlets old and loose so chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. No USB outlets anywhere. Easy access to airport and ample free parking. Staff exceedingly nice. Short stay before early flight. Would probably choose another hotel due to outlet issues.

Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

I don't know what I was expecting but this hotel has a beautiful old world charm. Even though things were 'dated' it was still well kept. The hotel was clean, quiet, it felt safe, and the staff were SUPER friendly.
