The property was a fair price . The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was filling with eggs , waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, water , and coffee. The juice machine was broken thus no juice. Free shuttle will save you 20.00. A 15 minute ride by shuttle to SFO. Our air /heat unit was broken . In 5 minutes we were given another room. No kitchen for lunch or dinner purchases. A short walk to five restaurants. Three were Chinese, one was Japanese, and one American comfort food. The Grand Chinese restaurant was very good. Starbucks were.also a short walk. Most rooms have an ocean view. Walking paths of concrete run parallel to the bay ( which is 100 yards away from the hotel. Lastly, staff was pleasant and attentive.With VIP Access, you get an 11.00 credit per room that can be used in their snack area.

Everything was fine except that at 3:30 am I discovered there was no working hair dryer in the room and no one at the desk to get one from until about 30 minutes after I asked, by which time a hair dryer was moot.

It’s a very nice hotel that I would come back to stay again. The room and bathroom is big and spacious. The large walk in tile shower had double shower heads with great water pressure. I had a view of the bay overlooking the San Francisco airport. Right outside the property is a nice paved walkway along the shore. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is very beautiful, decorated in European decor. Rooms are clean and view of bay is awesome. Shuttle to airport runs every half hour. No pool, but good fitness room. Free breakfast, but our flight left too early to enjoy. Would stay here again and do recommend to others.

Great location and views of sunrise and sunset on the water and airplanes landing and taking off. Breakfast included was good selection each morning, gym was clean and front desk staff is courteous and friendly. Liked the shuttle to and from the airport and self parking was great. Only thing missing is a pool and hot tub but can't complain as it was already mentioned in the FAQ, overall great experience and location near the freeways and airport.
