The property is dated and worn. Peeling wallpaper in the rooms, a saggy bed, shower curtains, not modern or updated. The WiFi barely worked, which in this day and age should be something anyone can expect to rely on.

Bed comfy, breakfasts good, first night great sleep, less people. Check out late is 1pm and great to hold suitcase until we needed to go to airport. But, had to stay a 2nd night due to airline canceled flight and they had a room available. Place was packed on Friday. There was people on 2nd floor running around at 12am. Then at 5am, they were running alamming doors non-stop. So, I called front desk at 7am and hotel staff called the room. But these people never stopped running. My husband got up to breakfast and told front desk but the room never stopped their noise and still running at 7:30/45am. So, upon check-out, the front desk said they called but no one answered. Well, 3 times they were reported by me and husband and why didn't the front desk go to the room to say stop running around and be quiet for others who are trying to sleep. We Finally slept at 8am-10:30 and had to leave at 11am cuz shuttle service stopped at 11:32am-3pmish. So we had to go to airport an extra hour ahead of our departure 3.5 hours total waiting at airport. Frustrated with headache from lack of sleep. Good rates. Shuttle should have a 12pm/12:30 service to airport. Thata a long break between last shuttle and afternoon shuttle. My mom highly recommended this place from years of staying there with her travels etc., but she visited us 1st day and said it was a little older looking, but was immaculately clean and they have coffee tea etc in lobby at all times.

Totally good only except one spot, Nevada Flats Hotel & Modern Motel, Colorado Springs. We arrived the hotel at about 11:00 pm due to the delay of the flight. The hotels were closed and no one answered to our phone call on our arrival. We were 31 member group and booked 17 rooms. We had no way but finding other hotel available at the time. It was terrible for our group. I strongly suggest Hotels.com to punish those two hotels.

I needed a place near the airport and this property fit the bill. I arrived really early and was lucky to get into my room which had everything I needed. The rooms are older but in good shape. The staff was outstanding. Location right on the bay is lovely.
