Got off on the wrong foot at the beginning. Staff member gave me a room that had an overwhelming smoke odor and when I asked for a different room, she implied that I had trashed the room. It had only been about 5 minutes span of time. Second room was on 3rd floor and the elevator listed is permanently not working. My room had a sky light in the bathroom right over the toilet.

The room was dated and the ‘breakfast’ was disappointing. There were very loud people partying until wee hours of the morning which called for a restless night. Would I stay here again? No. On a positive note it is near a lot of restaurants which are on Union Street and there was parking on the facility, which was great! Not ideal for families I would say. 😊

The room was clean and neatly prepped. I was within a 5 walking distance to a great espresso martini bar and 15min walk to crissy field and marina greens. Highly recommend if needing a pleasant stay in the marina. The front desk lady was very kind and she made sure all my needs were met during my stay. Lovely spot.

The Motel is centrally located and provides free parking which is hard to get in this city. The continental breakfast hours were odd 8:00 to 10:00 am. I am used to 6:00 am or 6:40am opening time.

Rooms were very clean. The staff extremely friendly and polite. All the amenities with the exception of a elevator. So if you are or traveling with a person has a disability. Make sure you request and receive a ground floor room as there are not many of them. Otherwise best bang for the buck in San Francisco. Great location near many of the sites and attraction the City.

Room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. However main light for the room did not work. We reported it to housekeeping but they did not repair it while we were there. Curtains could use cleaning and updates. Ice machines non operational. Elevator does not work, refrigerator was okay for drinks but they were not that cold.
