THE “BOSS/MANAGER” JASON BAD EXPERIENCE

We spoke with the Manager JASON who introduced himself as the “BOSS” here. Gave us a whole attitude and raised his voice the whole time we were on the phone. The lady who checked us in told us she will switch our rooms at 12:30pm due to the amenities we paid for didn’t come with the room we initially got. Then Jason the Boss/Manager said he don’t know what I was talking about and said I need to hurry downstairs and leave our room till he has an alternate room to give us. He was giving us a very hard time with his attitude. He kept saying he is the “BOSS”. I never met any Manager in ALL the hotels I’ve been in all over the world who talks like Jason. He did not sound professional. He did not know how to handle the situation when his colleague made the mistake. He basically kicked us out when we requested to pay for an early check in. Just very bad experience. We been coming here for 10 years and not just me but my whole family. Whoever Jason’s boss is should check his employees and train them the correct hospitality. Know how to smile in the front and on the phone.

Extremely walkable and good places close by to eat or drink a cup of coffee. Slept like a baby during my stay. The staff were helpful and professional! Parking was free and secure. Definitely a great option when staying in San Francisco

The staff is great but the parking per day charge in an area with no public parking is a little predatory. With that their website needs to be updated or their review because it does not come with breakfast or a pool. Yes there’s a separate establishment but it’s not clear .

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and inviting. The room was super clean and comfortable. The view was great and area was conveniently located and quiet. I’m coming back up to this area in a few months and I will for sure be staying here again!

This is a non-smoking property, however, many people smoke in their rooms, which gets into the hallways and into rooms of people who do not smoke. Very unacceptable! The A/C lets you put it down to 64, but it never got below 66. It also didn't run at night, which made for very warm nights.

Overall the area was nice and quiet, on the backside a nice beautiful view of the water, the rooms were modern and well maintained. I would recommend bring food or eating out. They unfortunately don’t have much options near by. But we do highly recommend.
