Overall the area was nice and quiet, on the backside a nice beautiful view of the water, the rooms were modern and well maintained. I would recommend bring food or eating out. They unfortunately don’t have much options near by. But we do highly recommend.

My experience was great! However when I booked, I booked the room that had a water view. It also had a couch bed as well. The clerk told me it was not a knowledge on my booking but he said for the incovience he upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite which was nice for the same price. His attitude was awesome

Service needs improvement

I called to see if we can check in early and was told I needed to be there in person to get that information. When we got there, luckily there was an available room. The person checking us in was not in a good mood, did not smile once and should not be talking to 1st time guests. He seemed rushed and even forgot to give us our breakfast voucher for the next day. The following day we lined up to get some breakfast and there was only one person behind the counter. I thought we needed to give our room number for the free breakfast but instead we were charged $35 plus and they didn't accept visa or m/c. Good thing I had an AMX card. My son brought it up to the front desk person and it was the same one from the day before. My son asked why we were charged $35 plus for breakfast when it shows on our reservation we get breakfast included. Bottom line we got a refund in cash but the service needs to improve on both the check in person and the person behind the breakfast counter. The hotel was airy and nice and our room was comfortable, clean and overlooking the water.

Superb location

Loved the location -- great for a morning walk. The room would have been a good deal for the price, but we got upgraded upon arrival to a suite -- wish we were staying longer. The suite has everything you need for simple meals (microwave, fridge, sink) and is super-spacious. Airport shuttle was easy and all of the employees were helpful.
