Air conditioning ran cold and we preferred to shut it off. Great location, our fishing guide picked us up 50' from the front door. Pool was a nice feature and alternative to the ocean. Will definitely stay again.

The best thing about this accommodation is probably the location…. It is very central to the water , restaurants, and excursions. However, there was lot to be desired from the stay. For one, the balcony pictured is not private, it has cameras pointed at it . Very weird for me as a solo traveler. The sliding door acts as a front door, making the floor in the living room sandy and dirty quickly. Other things include a very uncomfortable couch, no ice and limited water, and thin walls !! For the money, there are many other accommodations in this area with more amenities. For me 3.5/5.

We enjoyed our stay at Palapa House. There is lots around to just walk to. Easy access to most anything you need. Orlando was a great help when we had a couple issues. He was quick to respond and assisted greatly.

The facility was clean and well stacked. The bed was very comfortable, and I got a great night sleep for the duration of my stay. Orlando does and excellent job caring for the units and keeping everything clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

We were able to leave our baggage early which was helpful. We also received a discount for snorkeling and the small water park at the secret beach. The Belize Water Taxi dock is no longer close to this hotel, but the Caribbean Sprinter is (word is they are also relocating). Lastly the property manager helped us out with a taxi. Thank you.

Loved the restruraunts near the property and cleaning staff were super helpful dealing with some local issues. Cons..... safe was not bolted down and the music away from the property was loud on saturaday night ( not the properties fault.)

Outstanding service and location for a solid price

It is in a terrific location and was clean and their service was friendly and attentive and the price was very agreeable. the bed was comfortable and although the space is a little limited it served us just fine and I would recommend them to anyone considering staying in San Pedro!
