Stayed here for three nights mid-April (two adults, and two kids aged 15 and 12).
It's 3-star designation is spot-on. It's modern, clean, comfortable, with facilities in line with its rating. Staff are very helpful and friendly and speak sufficient English.
The location is quite good. 15-minute transfer from the airport. A selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, although some were closed where it was shoulder season. Taxis to Ibiza Town cost about 13 Euros.
A few things to be aware of. The beach right in front of the hotel is quite small, and had a lot of seaweed on it early in the season. You can walk 200m to a larger beach. It's proximity to the airport means planes flying overhead (great for plane spotters!) - there are no planes between 2300-0700 overnight. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues. Service at breakfast was a little slow after 1000. If you are in a rush then get to breakfast before 1000.
We had a sea view room, which was worth the extra for the view.
My first time to Ibiza and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't comment on what it is like in high season, but in April it was a perfect break for my family.
