Surprised that the room we were assigned was in need of repair and cleanliness. The bathtub had black areas where the grout wasn't clean. the bathroom floor had loose tiles and the black grout was half of the floor. The toilet tissue holder was missing and the toilet paper was placed on top of the toilet. The room needs proper cleaning before making it available to the public.

Serviceable stAY

I was looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night while visiting family (a 99th birthday party) and doing some exploring. The hotel is showing it's age, but it wasn't gross. I did have an issue with my ground floor window not locking, but it was taken care of on a Sunday with limited staff. It was pretty quiet while I was there, the staff was friendly enough. I did notice a strong smell of perfume in the room after the window was fixed, and since I am allergic, I ironically opened the window for a bit! It was also nicely located between my two destinations, Santa Fe and Los Alamos. If my finances don't improve, I would stay here again, but if I could afford a more higher end hotel, I would do that too. There is no breakfast, but a coffee bar that sometimes had the NM Pinon Coffee (a treat for this out of towner). The vending machine on the first floor was well stocked with some healthier choices, snacks for sale at the front desk, casino restaurant across the street/parking lot (I didn't go!). Funny thing, the On Demand movies were all $20.99! I guess they wanted us gambling. Oh, I did also appreciate the art in the lobby. Did not seek out any other amenities.

Advertised a restaurant in the hotel but never seen an open restaurant in the hotel, only in the casino. The vending machines seemed to always be out of service. Other then those two things the stay was nice, it was quite, peaceful, and clean. Did not interact with staff much but they seemed nice and friendly.

This Can't be a Casino Hotel....

The room was VERY dated. old dingy carpet, bathroom tiles old, the vanity counter was deeply scratched and damages. There was no coffee maker in the room, (I've never experienced that, even in a super budget hotel). I would never recommend this place.
