The location is great and the property itself was fine. My complaint is with the company that manages this property, Benchmark Management. When we arrived, with bags of groceries, the refrigerator was not working, and they had put a dorm-size fridge in the dining area. When called about this, they said weâre sorry, weâve made a note of this, and thank you for your patience. I asked via text to be moved to another location that they manage and they said the fridge not working didnât warrant this and that they supplied a sufficient replacement. We had to go out and buy a cooler to put our groceries in and keep replenishing the ice. It made for a less than relaxing time because we had to worry about keeping things cold. And they didnât care. I had to ask for some sort of refund and I was told they have sent it to their board to look at. I even asked to speak to a mgr and have been told repeatedly that one is not available but they would call me back. I will never rent from them again.
