Word to the wise. Never stay here when there are children’s sports teams!! (I didn’t know before I booked) 10-15 unsupervised children ages 4-12 running wild through the hallways and in and out of their rooms. Like FULL SPEED running, Yelling and screaming!! Zero parent supervision and when I told the front desk they were ok about it, went and talked to the parents but nothing was ever done. Even after 11pm still nothing done. Parents were all downstairs hanging out not a care in the world. (Yes I understand they are just kids but they should at least know hotel hallways are not play areas or parents should be watching their kids) Worst stay ever and I used to love staying here.

No parking or place to park our car in -48 weather. We were told to park on the street. Asked for a late checkout and was told I had to wait until 7am the day of to request. When requested, I was told I can only do an 11:30am late checkout or pay $30. I have never been charged $30 for late checkout.

I love the staff at this hotel! They are amazing! The hotel is always quiet and clean, and that’s why we stay here. It’s not fancy by any means but we know we will get a good sleep there every time. No convention centre or weddings so you don’t have to worry about the blasting music till midnight. Love it!

My family of 5 loved the space in the room with two queens and a sofa bed. The perfect amount of beds and space for us all! We also enjoyed the breakfast it was filling and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Had zero compassion for a family with 3 little kids with a broke down car. Requested a late check out while we wait for a tow truck and was told we would have to pay for another night if we wanted to stay 2 more hours. Wouldn't even give us a discounted rate.
