There are holes in the sheets. Dirt smudges on the sheets. Floor hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Sand and physical trash particles on the floor. AC will not keep up. Bathroom door won’t shut so no privacy using the bathroom. There is a dog in the room next to us that keeps barking. Someone double parked right in front of our room forcing us to park across the parking lot. Had to go ask for shampoo because there wasn’t any. Cigarette burns all over the no smoking sign. Worse experience ever will never stay here again.

Worst experience EVER!

This hotel was definitely not what I expected, it was not in what I would call “Midtown “ which would be in the middle of the city. I had to clean my room, I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The hotel lobby was always closed until breakfast was served. If you needed anything throughout the evening, you had to wait until the next morning. My worst experience EVER.

Staff service great 👍. Clean room. However, I was in a no smoking room but it smelled like a smoking Marijuana. After, I figured out that it was coming from bathroom. It was on and off coming from bathroom vent. Property needs renovation.

When I went in the room on my first day, I walked in and it smelled like smoke. Even though the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The second day I woke up early to run errands and that afternoon I expected the room to be cleaned, but it was not. Also, I had to go to the store to buy pillows to sleep on because the pillows given to me, were very dingy and had hair and stains on them. Later that same day, there were a group of guys who came in and switched out the chair for a couch and there was no notice that this was happening. On today, which is the day I left they were cleaning the concrete at 8am. After hearing the noise this morning instead of staying till the checkout time I got my stuff and left. A lot of improvements need to be made other than putting couches in rooms and power washing the concrete.

We went to Savannah for a family vacation excited to visit. The hotel had a lot of rooms it seemed people lived in they hung out side their rooms smoking weed the whole place stunk. The rooms only were cleaned due to us asking over and over. The floors were never swept or mopped even before we checked in. Asked every day for clean towels. The pool area was never cleaned witnessed dirty clothes and trash never picked up, pool chairs broken. Breakfast was toast, powered eggs chewy sausage and water down juice. Two nights we came back from our outings to find police there at the hotel one night they arrested people not for sure the other night.

It was an expensive “bed for the night” type hotel. All the linens were stained. Light bulbs were blown. Everything looked old and beat up. Floor had stickers left from previous guests. Lamp shade looked as if something was splashed on it. Bathroom looked like a recent upgrade (toilet, counter/sink, shower tile) but caulking and shower curtain was moldy. Shower leaked a giant puddle on floor behind toilet. Hair was hanging from towel rack. On the plus side it was quiet, bed was comfortable and no bed bugs, convenient location for our purposes. Breakfast didn’t open before we had to leave so I can’t talk about it.

July 4th

It was a over all good stay, they must have just finished some updates in the rooms, as the floor had dirt as well as when i turned the shower, it washed a film of dirt down the drain. But that was the extent of it. Staff was curtious and booking to checkout was a breeze. Would stay again.

We did not stay at the Days Inn. The Days Inn picture on the Expedia showed false advertisement. Because the lobby for one looked nothing like the pictures we viewed on the Expedia website. When we pulled onto the Days Inn premises there were people sitting on the walkways to the rooms like they lived there and not like they were there for a vacation. It did not look or feel like a safe environment to stay in. Also there were random people sitting and walking all around the Days Inn premises staring at us when we got out of the vehicle. And there were people coming into the lobby area, who looked like they were not staying in the hotel, but just came to buy food like crackers, noodles, etc. in the hotel like it was a convenient store. I was afraid for my family's safety and also I didn't want to leave my vehicle unattended for that night, because I didn't see any luxury vehicles like my vehicle in the lot. So, I asked for a refund and they said that they would give me a full refund, but I had to notify Expedia to request a refund, and they would grant me my refund. So, I am requesting a full refund. After that we had to find somewhere else to stay. I did not like anything about it.
