We had a great stay! The rooms are so spacious and nice! Natalie was great and checked to see if she could get us checked in early! I really appreciate her kindness! The location is so close to everything in Sedona right in the center! I would stay here again.

The bathroom in the suite was a little disappointing considering the amount of money they charge you for that room. There was a cloth shower curtain where every other hotel has glass and water was just all over the floor lol also the shower had little to no water pressure probably was the worst shower I’ve ever had at a hotel to be honest. And the shower head had calcium staining on it which is whatever it’s normal. Also what bothered me was the grout coming up in the bathroom/ shower like come on just like not up to par for what they were advertising. The view was also to the side so very little to see but I honestly would save your money and get a normal room. You can walk around Sedona and see the views during the day. Also did not like when we got there they tried to sell us packages of more vaca stays with Hyatt hotels (which I like most Hyatt hotels was just annoying because it was night and we spent a long day driving I just wanted to lay down lol) We traveled throughout the week in AZ to different hotels (that were cheaper and not as upscale) and this one took last place unfortunately which is very disappointing. On a positive note though it is in walking distance to restaurants and the shops and safe and quiet .
The view is nice but this was the only view of I turned right it would be looking at another guests patios

We called to have the room clean and returned to the room with dirty sheets , half made bed and trashed had not been picked up? The staff took the generous tip we left but sadly left a mess in the room ?
