The breakfast was very good. I wish I could say the same about our bathroom in an accessible room. The walk in shower was done in such a way that turning it on would flood the floor of the bathroom so not usable. Everything else about the property was excellent.

Poor customer service

We are handicapped with permanent handicap license plate. The hotel roped off all handicap parking for painting logos on the pavement and failed to provide any substitute handicap spaces. When we asked about other closer spaces, they suggested the restaurant up the street and the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Actually, this is the BEST Holiday Inn/Express location I have ever stayed at! Clean, Organized, Stocked, Great Staff; the breakfast biscuits were really good (not the usual hockey puck). Stay at HI/E alot, ... this one was a surprise and well worth the extra few minutes drive!

Very clean and comfortable. TV had no sound. I called front desk about it and was told to unplug HDMI cord then plug back in. Did that, sound came on til I went to the guide. Tried several more times, then thought “why am I trying to fix their tv when I’m paying over $300 for this room. Called again and Miss Snippy Pants came to the door. I said “Hiii!” And she walked right by me without a word and unplugged the cord. Sound was on. She left saying “have a nice night” without looking at me. I left it on that channel, but later switched and no sound. This morning, no sound. Breakfast was ok, nice guy at front desk, but I got no compensation for lack of promised amenity of TV. Way overpriced for what I got.
