Centrally located to restaurants and shops. Staff were amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. Buffet breakfast catered to all nationalities. We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay there again.

The Paradox completely met all our needs. Close to MRT, walkable sites of interest, a pool, larger rooms, extremely clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful and informative. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Singapore

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is lovely. It's centrally located, which is convenient. We only had two issues: the bed was very hard and the pipes were noticably squeaky, which led to disrupted sleep.

Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better.

Had a fantastic stay with Paradox Singapore Merchant Clarke Quay. Great location, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping & the trains. Staff & service were excellent, and the little touches of fruit infused iced water in the lobby after a long day in the heat, made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great hotel.

Great place, situated near a lot of restaurants, and Clarke Quay, which you can go for a boat ride. Take the breakfast, there is a lot of variety, good food. Our room didn't have the best view, but the proximity of the metro was worth it.
