AMAZING!

We had an amazing stay at Parco dei Principi Hotel! The accommodations were elegant and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations - we can’t wait to come back!

Very nice hotel with great service. Restaurant provided a great breakfast and very high-end dinner service. Used the hotel shuttle service into town for an excursion in the AM. Beautiful view in a great location.

The property is fabulous, featuring expansive, manicured gardens, beautiful cliff side setting with superior views and a wonderful private beach. The room was well appointed, clean and large with comfortable layout and superb terrace with garden and sea views. The staff were very attentive to service, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was superior with high quality options, very good variety and very attentive staff. I look forward to returning to this property.

A wonderful property with amazing views. Enjoyed the pool area. Easy walk into Sorrento and the area of Sant’Agnello is lovely. Reception staff were inconsistent. One pool guy is fantastic but the other let the service down. The breakfast and the bar team were fantastic. Felt very relaxed here.

A top notch hotel with incredible breathtaking views (we booked a sea view room). Rooms are amazing (with room service). Best breakfast (incl.) on our trip. Only about a 15-20 min. walk to center city or you need to book the hotel shuttle. Valet parking (incl.). Can’t wait to return and stay again !!! Worth every EU.

Our stay at Parco dei Principi was nothing short of magical, thanks to its breathtaking location and service. The panoramic views from the terrace—overlooking Capri, Mount Vesuvius, and the Sorrento harbor—were absolutely mesmerizing. Every sunset felt like pure bliss, and sitting outside with a drink, meeting fellow travelers from around the world, was a highlight of our trip. The beds were comfortable, and the linen and towels were luxurious, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. Breakfast was another standout, with a delicious spread that made mornings something to look forward to. That said, for a five-star hotel at this price point, the facilities could use a cosmetic refresh. While everything was clean and well-maintained, some areas felt a bit dated and didn’t quite match the luxury of the service and views. Despite this, we loved our stay and would absolutely return—the serenity, hospitality, and unbeatable setting more than made up for the need for a few updates. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with postcard-worthy vistas, Parco dei Principi is a fantastic choice. Grazie mille for a wonderful stay!

It is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens. Clean and really friendly and helpful staff. A 15-20 minute walk into Sorrento but good for walking off all the pasta and gelato!

Great but below potential

We have stayed 4 times in the hotel so we do like it overall, however i‘m not sure the hotel will be able to compete with nearby alternatives in the future. The good -nice design hotel -nice views over the ocean -food average to good -nice pool -nice private beach The bad Strange maneurisms: -we asked to switch to a room with a balcony with a roof because travelling with a baby, which apparently was super complicated and in the end wasnt possible. However, our friend checked in 1 day later and stayed with us until the same checkout date in exactly such a room. So it would actually have been very easy. -the pool, the beach, the beach restaurant or the beach bar were sometimes randomly closed half of the day or multiple ours prior to official time without explanations. Granted it was off season, bit thats not acceptable for a five star hotel. -Not very well cleaned: sharp shrapnels and garbage at the beach, etc. Again, not that bad, but not acceptable for this price range -Friendliness: some employees are super friendly, others not so much. Especially the security guards and beach boys left us feeling not welcome multiple times. Again, normal for italy - but not acceptable in this price range Conclusion: While the design, the views and private beach are great, strange maneurisms like facilities (beach, restaurants) randomly closing, sometimes unfriendly employees and substandard cleanliness limit the potential of the hotel.
