Pysy kanssamme ja löydät tämän uuden suosikkipaikan lomat. Olipa matkustatko erityistä jokuasi tai tulet koko perheen kanssa, meillä on tilaa. Täysin puhdas, kauniisti sisustettu huoneisto sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa (hissi käytettävissä) ja tarjoaa 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Kaikki mukavuudet ja mukavuudet, jotka tarvitset rentouttavan loman rannalle. Ja kyllä, olemme rannalla kauniilla näkymällä huoneisto. Rentoudu parvekkeella, lue kirja ja kuuntele rauhallisia aaltoja pestä rantaan.

Makuuhuoneessa on muhkeat king-size-vuode mestari kylpyamme, joka on kaunis suihkukaappi joki rock lattia. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi täysi sänkyä. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa, Crowen pesä, on 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä, jotka nukkuvat neljä.

Jokaisessa huoneessa on taulu-tv. Keittiössä on kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, joissa on graniittiset työtasot. On työpöytä niille, jotka tarvitsevat kiinni heidän sähköposteja (ilmainen wi-fi). Meillä on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä. Ruokapöydässä on helppo istua 6 ja keittiön laskurissa on baarituolit.

The property was great close to beach and town but the condo wasn't clean. Grill was dirty and there was still someone's clothes in the draw. Needs to hire new cleaning serve.

Fun vacation

We had plenty of room and we had lots of fun .The interior was nice and clean , I did have to wipe out fridge and the microwave upon arrival but no harm done I always do a quick clean anyhow once arriving somewhere anyways . The views from the balcony were great , we could see the ocean and the pool was awesome having morning coffee and evening wine . We all slept wonderful to at night as well the master bathroom is so pretty with its pebble shower and floors .The only thing i felt like it was lacking were bath towels there was not enough for sleeping 10 people. I had to go out and buy a few bath towels and we were always washing them . Also could have use some new pots and pans.I will definitely book this condo again next time we decide to do a beach trip and I would recommend to someone else too . We had 3 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and the rest teenager's.

One of the Best Beach Trips Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was top notch! Colony Reef is my new favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! We felt very safe and secure. My daughter and I took my grandsons and two of their friends. We liked the fact that there were security officers on the grounds. The grandsons and their friends were ages 11, two age 12 and one age 14. They loved it. The balcony had an awesome view. You could see the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. The boys enjoyed playing kick ball, football and some other games in the grassy area in the center area. Everything is kept very clean and is very wonderful place for families. The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We hope we can go back this summer!

Hosts were responsive and helpful! Though there was sleeping arrangements for 10 adults, the living area was small. The condo was clean and mostly in good repair although furniture was old and uncomfortable and tv was hard to operate. The indoor pool and hot tub were added perks! Assigned parking spots were seldom available.
