We had a bad experience at a hotel the night before, and switched over to this hotel, where we were VERY pleased. The property was nice, and the beach access was incredible. The views from our room were incredible too.

Stayed at this property before years ago when Guy Harvey’s name was on it. The location, superb, the room very clean but needed some updating and cosmetic repairs. The property was dirty and general maintenance. Empty cups, garbage strewn by the pool areas. The ramps going from one of the buildings to the pool area was missing a few anti skid pieces and I went for a ride one morning. Landscaping in the interior needs some work. Seating would be great in the courtyard area where check is located. A parking fee of $25 is not necessary considering you’re self parking and outside. Overall I thought it was good. We only stayed one night which was pricey and I could have found something else but I didn’t realize it was no longer Guy Harvey. It just needs a lot of work.

We just love Tradewinds & will be going back every year around this time because the staff and kids activities are a 10/10. The zip line is unfortunately down from the hurricane but they have all pools and hot tubs running, they have the slide up, as well as a hair braider, henna tattoos, little shows for the kids, peddle boats, etc. LOVE TRADEWINDS. Rumfish & The Island Grand!

Very noisy place. Could hear all the carts in the hallway up above us. Could even hear people in there rooms. Many charges to my room. Had to keep having front desk fix them. Still have no idea (have to wait) to see if all charges are off. Was told all the restaurants were open. Nope only one and one by the pool. Every thing else you have to walk a long way, Which my disabled husband could not. Had to drive to everything. Elevator stopped working one day and we could not get downstairs because again my husband can not do stairs.

Rooms are out dated. Our door was left ajar when we returned to our room. Security said it was housekeeping. No idea how long it was left that way. Extra resort fees and parking fees added $188 to our two night stay. You pay resort fee and literally get a water slide and cabana chairs. Not enough for the cost. Dining is extra
