THE SPACE
Enjoy the ocean breezes on the private balcony located off the family room and master bedroom. There is a private beach access for North Breakers Guests, where the beach is always available regardless of the tide.

Our home consists of a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bathroom with combination tub/shower, master with a king size bed, with shower only and access to the covered patio/balcony, a sleeper sofa in the family room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests.

North Breakers is a gated community with a private boardwalk to the beach, ocean front pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. There is covered parking in the garage below with plenty of guest parking.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.
