Avoid this hotel at all costs. They canceled our reservation without notice because they were overbooked. We showed up late at night and there were no rooms. Only third-party reservations were canceled. Expedia needs to investigate this because I am sure it is not in compliance with the hotels contract.

we're panicked

when we tried to checked in, the room was canceled-there were multiple rooms that canceled-because it’s over booked. There was only one person who was working at the front desk has no access to anything, and can’t do anything. If the reservation was made through third party, it can be canceled anytime without notice.

Quick Family Trip

Every encounter with staff was respectful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the ladies serving were phenomenal. Although the reason for our trip was not a happy one, our stay was very pleasant and didn't add any worry or complications.
