Paint smelling floor
Very hard to communicate with, our flight was running late and we had a niece meeting and staying with us so I emailed to make sure she could check in. They told me it goes to a central office that's why I never heard back. Also check in was not simple for us. They also had the floor we were in being painted and the doors to those apartments were left wide open and the floor and one of the lifts stunk of paint. I asked to change floor and they said they would do that and we could still go out, we went out to explore on our holiday and they messaged you say yes we were able to change rooms and that it would all be sorted out when we got back. When we got back they them told me we couldn't as we weren't there to change, after a long discussion eventually we got changed to another floor that didn't smell of paint. There communication is terrible especially when you have something occur that is slightly different. Disappointed with this
