Great property. We usually stay Darling Harbour but opted to try this...much easier access to transport, and still walking distance to Darling Harbour & Chinatown for dining.

Be careful when booking for 5, I booked for the family and added ages of “children” (17,16,14). Paid for extra 5th person. Given a king and 2 singles. One daughter slept on the lounge, not even a sofa bed!!! 😡

clean comfortable in ideal location for sydney sights. only one armchair so watched tv on bed. check minibar stocks when arrive so not get charged for something never there. (resolved amicably). Also found cheaper to park at meriton which nearer too.

The staff at concierge was very friendly and we were able to do an early check in, little did we realise we had been upgraded to another room (I didn’t know until I looked back at our booking). The room was amazing, clean and tidy and the bathroom was large with a shower big enough for two. Took us a while to get the air con how we wanted it but it was the best sleep we have had in a very long time. Comfy bed and amazing pillows. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Close to many food options and attractions. Stayed in room 508 and it was a nice updated queen queen room with kitchenette. Beds are comfortable. Service was great. Arrived early morning. There was free luggage storage and was given early check in by 12pm and late check out by 11:30pm. Would stay again.

Central Hotel with large well equipped rooms

Excellent hotel . 5 min walk to Darling Harbour . Round the corner to the tram to the harbour. The room itself was spacious and clean with great kitchen facilities , sofa and dining table. The bathroom was also large with toiletries supplied. The only thing that is missing is a bar in the hotel but to be honest there are lots of options in the location. The pool area was a bit grubby so we didnt use Would definitely recommend the hotel though and stay here again.

Clean property, incredible bed (in my opinion), and the balcony was a nice touch. All staff i encountered were very helpful and very friendly, decent value in room dining (again my opinion). Close to the ICC (5-10 min walk). We had a wonderful stay and will definately return best sydney hotel i've been to in 2 years. Bonus points for the food and beverage vouchers for looking out for the environment.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location

Stayed for a week in a 2 bed room with family of four. Plenty of space for the 4 of us, decently equipped kitchen (would have liked a toaster), comfy beds and a great bathroom. Location is fantastic in a bustling part of town. There are lots of eating options nearby and the world square shopping centre is a very short walk. Public transport is 5 minutes walk away and gets you to circular quay for the Opera House and Bridge in 10 minutes Really great stay. Highly recommended
