I had a unit on an upper floor with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was very decent but nothing special. I did not like that the road the hotel is on has no sidewalks (partually due to construction) and it's a decent walk to the metro station. The bathroom had some black mold in the shower, and the hotel requires you to ask for all amenities and so the room doesn't even come with hand soap near the sink which is a bit annoying. Otherwise it is a fairly nice room and hotel. Overall feels more like a decent 3.5 star than 4 star.

新莊地區很不錯的新穎商務酒店，距離輔大捷運站走路十分鐘還算方便，周邊機能也很好，鬧中取靜。唯一見仁見智個人認為的缺點，是部分前台服務人員太過於機械化，這樣的人員服務品質，還不如用AI或智慧機器人取代。
