The stay in Isara made our holiday in Khao Lak very memorable. The quality of customer service and sincere hospitality that far exceeded most 5 star hotels. Andy and Benz had gone out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care off during the stay. The property is near beaches and good restaurants, mini marts and one of the best Thai tea stall. They provide shuttle service to town and places of interest which saved us a lot on taxi fare. In summary we have only good things to say about Isara and we would like to really thank all the staff of Isara for making our holiday such an enjoyable one. We will be back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isara. Andy, the property manager was most helpful and communicative with whatsapp messages at the time of booking and also on the morning of our arrival. Andy ensured we had transport and also sent us the property location. Isara is located on a busy road although no traffic noise was noticed. We found this area of Khao Lak to be quite sleepy which was not a problem for us as we had a hire car. Andy also offered shuttles to local attractions if required. Our room was not located next to the pool although the pool is in a common area only 50m or so from our room. The property itself was luxurious, roomy, clean and well air conditioned. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator. There were 3 smart TV's in the property - one in each of the 2x bedrooms and a large one in the lounge. This was perfect for Netflix and Spotify. Solid wifi throughout without the need to repeatedly login. Speeds were 32 down and 63 up. I would stay at Isara again

Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house. Our toothbrush was full of them one day. Horrible... Nobody clean room in 6 days. This house would be okay for around 50dollar per night but not more... As we said we will contact Expedia and try to get some Money Back. We are very disappointed!

Hotel particolare ma bello. Appartamenti spaziosi e confortevoli il nostro con piscina semi privata, arredati in modo semplice ma con tanto buon gusto. Cucina attrezzata. Andy è il suo staff molto gentili e disponibil. Unico neo la colazione, va bene scegliere cosa si vuole ma la frutta specie in Thailandia non dovrebbe mai mancare e dovrebbe essere a libera scelta

Chambre immense, bon emplacement et hôtes mervei

Andy, sa femme et leurs deux filles sont des hôtes hors pairs, ils se mettent en 4 pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. La chambre est immense et l'accès à la piscine directement depuis la chambre est un régal. Les petits déjeuners sont sympas, plusieurs formules à choix... La plage est idyllique et très calme, bref un séjour plus qu'agréable, on reviendra...
