Thank god I only had to stay in this room one night, I had to leave at the crack of dawn because room 425 I stayed in was all moldy musty smelling. The next day I had a headache and cough with a terrible taste in my mouth.

So the property was very busy with people hanging outside in the parking lot. The lobby was presentable, But the room smelled like straight cigarettes, the lounge chair was stained and dirty looking, the bed was a thin mattress that’s is very uncomfortable, the walls are very thin I hear the people up stair stepping all throughout the room . I would definitely not recommend the hotel.

Cigarette Smelling Loud hotel

The hotel room smelt like cigarettes. I was switched to a completely different room and it still had a smell of cigarettes. Our neighbors were very loud and there were stains on the couches.

BUYERS BEWARE my first night there a woman was literally being kidnapped in the parking lot (2 guys attempting to drag her into their car, while she was screaming HELP ME) and the police were called. Day 2 I witnessed someone being pulled into their room by their shirt. My sheets had not been changed so I had to ask for clean sheets and the room smelled. I cleaned my room thorughly and it was THILTY. The floors throughout the place look like they took damage from the hurricane and just never were replaced they are rippled and buckled everywhere. The security doors are always ajar, so anyone can enter the hotel. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE. BUT worst of all at the end of my stay they couldn't wait for the payment so they were attempting to kick my ill daughter out of the room, even though we made several different attempts to pay, and they couldn't process them because of their inability. I had to shut down my work sight an hour away to try to come take care of it, but they were attempting to kick my daughter out the room @ 11:30 when their website says payment must be made by 1pm or there is a $35 late fee. The staff is clueless and everyone gives different information. So, when my daugher passed out and an ambulence had to be called. Then I was then told we were no longer welcome to stay there because "the ambulance was too much" by Josh who may be the district manager, but refused to give me his name or title. I only know his name and he is the big boss from the staff.

Nasty , roaches , mold peeling floor tiles . Room had stains on couches . People in stairs cases smoking it’s not safe . Management was rude dismissive and had the audacity to say this location people don’t have standards “ you probably the one person whose ever complained “ the guest here are okay with these conditions . Needs to be demolished and taken down! Room had to be switched 3 times and this was still the condition given after three switches
