Very good value for money, close to the center of things, a bit noise from the street, but not too noisy for us, ask for a back room if your sensitive, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, hotel parking underground for those who need it. Very good experience, will definitely stay again when in Thessaloniki

Very nice hotel in a great location - walk to tourist center is manageable. Lobby is super nice with pleasant and attentive staff and a lovely cafe. 9th floor has an incredible bar with a breathtaking view of the city. Pool area is also terrific - super clean and well cared for. Will return!

We did not end up going as we inadvertently booked one month before hand and both Expedia and the hotel refused to fix the problem, and adjust the date, so we lost $600. It was a non refundable booking and I noticed as soon as I received confirmation. Expedia tried to help but they blamed the hotel policy. When I called the hotel, they blamed Expedia. It was impossible to change. Yeah right! I bet if I was someone important they would. So I won't be using Expedia again. This should be illegal. We paid $600 for no services.
