Clean , new bldg, perfect location, only 3 mín from Metro, 7-eleven and nori nori French bakery coffee and Byron Bay gourmet coffee only few steps away from the hotel. So many restaurants on the main street . Check in and check out are so easy ơn computer , there are staff inside office if you need help just pick up the black phone in lobby.

Was fine but won't book again.

It was clean and served its purpose. We had booked because we needed one night stay before heading to Kyoto the next day, and I had heard fun things about the robots. My first disappointment was there no robot dinosaurs at this location, but it was two robot people. Check in did not go smoothly and we had to ring for a staff member who showed up immediately and was able to help us, so we didn't even interact with the robots. The staff member was able to help us right away, he was wonderful. But other than that, it was an okay stay. The room was clean, and moderately comfortable. For just a single night stay it was fine. I've stayed in business style hotels in Japan before and knew the rooms are on the small size, but this was definitely the smallest room I've stayed in. Ultimately, I won't likely book at this hotel or chain again because for the price there are many options in Tokyo that are going to be more comfortable, and the main draw was the quirky robots, and they were a bit of a disappointment.

Excellence Service and attention to detail. Although front desk is managed by robits, staff responded to inquiries quickly, attentively, and patiently. Email responses are extremely fast. Staff managed to recover an inconspicuous lost item and held items for a week. Great experience with both the staff and our stay.

The location is very close to train stations, restaurants, bars, and drug stores! Even though it is close to these, the area is quiet. There is also free breakfast and laundry (Washer/Dryer) as well! The staff too are very friendly! Thank you so much!

We loved the location of this property. It was very clean and the breakfast was awesome! However, the rooms are VERY small. So that's something to consider. Perhaps if it wasn't so rainy (which led us to going back to the hotel sooner daily) and if all we had to do was sleep & shower in the room, it wouldn't have been so bad.For ref- we only had 1 - 24" suitcase per person (2 total) and still did not have enough space to move comfortably. No closet/storage space at all. We booked a double room with the beautiful Tokyo Tower view, which was the only saving grace of this room.
