Staff are incredibly friendly. Bed sheets were changed every afternoon while we were out which was a lovely site to come back to! Location is great as well. Lots of halal options are nearby for muslims and some lovely cafes close by. Close to the Okachimachi train station as well which makes travelling no stress.

It always amazes when they can stick bigger beds into the same space.?. Other than that the service was excellent and very helpful. The manager even walked us to a local food place that he recommended and it was very good.

Comfort stay

The room is clean and tidy. Location is not crowded but a bit far from main train station e.g. Ueno. (15mins walk) get convenient store nearby. The staffs are polite with smile and helpful

Great service and friendly staff. Also in a good location. My only issue is with the quality of the mattress. You can feel the springs and had back pain due to that . Other than that it was fine.
