The room was not 100% clean. When we first entered the room, we found chips on the floor underneath the sofa area. Informed the reception in the next morning and it was dealt with after room make-up.
We reserved a taxi at 0700 on the day we checked out and required assistance at the reception to confirm the taxi number. Several minutes have gone by without anyone being there at the reception. Trying to approach the reception at the restaurant (which was just next to the reception) for help by calling someone, yet the restaurant receptionist insisted that he was not a hotel receptionist. Probably a language problem, but just not very helpful.
We ended up almost entering the staff room and screaming hello for help...
Hope there is perhaps an assistance bell or something so the staff could be notified immediately when someone needs urgent assistance.
