It’s pretty dismal. If you have low standards it’s not that bad. Just expected more for the price.
The only good part about this place is as the fact you get a whole apartment.
The shower was so poor that we couldn’t get actually clean. The bathtub was so small that you couldn’t even get comfortable.
The walls were cracked, dusty and unclean. The heating was terrible and you barely could feel it. The kitchens utilities barely worked and when they did, it was never consistent.
The bedroom had uncomfortable beds and a huge divot in the centre of the doorway. The elevator of the hotel was not stable and constantly felt like it was going to break. There was almost no staff around and the rubbish quickly overfilled as they don’t indicate when to get someone to take it out.
The main convenience stores were scattered and the hotel is ages away from any spots to go. Though it is close to a train station, the train station doesn’t take you anywhere directly without a transfer.
I would not recommend this place.
Quick and easy check in on tablet. Lots of information/instructions. Wifi immediately available. Clean. Great having a supermarket within 1 min walk and 2 subway lines to choose from (5 and 12 min walk). Beds were comfy and it was so nice to have a washing machine. Weather was nice so clothes dried quickly on balcony.

Location. Walking distances to subway and train station. Grocery store next door. Safe. Quite. Reasonable kitchen amneties. Reasonable spaces. No room service. No desk attendant but do respond to emails timely. Halway carpets need cleaning.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
My guest spilled coffee on the bed sheets but they replaced the sheets without issue after I notified them. Our washroom lacked a vent so it stank everytime sometime dropped a number 2. Otherwise, no major issues.
Great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with easy access to trains, shops, and restaurants nearby. Perfect for families or groups and an excellent value for the price!
The apartment is fairly old. We had to on air con all time otherwise there will be a smell on the room. The tatami floor is in bad condition as well as the sofa bed.

It accommodated 4 which we really liked and the price was good value. The place was older and had a very faint odor. We never interacted with any attendants and email communications were not immediate. I still give it a 4 though because not many have a room for 4 and the value was good.

Disliked: Staff & service
Hotel has comfortable beds and a lot of space in the apartment compared to normal, everything is self serve and when you need help it is hard to get.
Although the hotel was far away from the Tokyo central but it’s vey closed to train station. It’s very easily to access to those attraction places. Everything looked great for four of us. Two rooms, kitchen and bathroom were spacious. There is one thing that I don’t like it about the bathroom hasn’t nothing hang up towels.

Not bad
Location is good. Near to Mikawashima station. Just the building a-bit run down and would be great if they revamp the room.
AMAZING location, bus station feet from the entrance and less than five minute walk to the station. Stores and grocery all very close. For the price, the room is enormous and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again
Stayed here for three nights. Very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station (about 5 mins) to get around tokyo. I would consider staying here again.

Not what I was expecting but good overall.
This was a nice spacious space, especially considering some of the other places that were significantly more expensive.
My main complaint is that most the pictures on the hotel page are probably of the better furnished ones.
Hard to tell unless you stay there. The layout was accurate but we did not have enough seating for dining.
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, however I wish I could have seen accurate pictures of the space for our specific room (801), cause it seems they all have similar layout but vastly different furniture in terms of quality.
We only had a small bench that you could only really sit on either end, as sitting in the middle felt not very secure. As a group of three, one of us had to sit on the floor a lot.
