This hotel has a very friendly and polite staff . I love to stay here while I was in Tokio. Very well located since my major attraction was the Tokyo’s Tower 🇯🇵🗼I have a complementary service which was included in my reservation like a beer service from 10 am to 4 pm as well as fresh cookies, soft drinks like apple juice, orange and an excellent coffee machine with Starbucks coffee available 24 hrs .

Spacious room and very helpful and attentive staff. Good amenities including soft drinks in the lobby. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't ever make the room cold enough, and the bathroom was disappointing - there was often a bad smell from the drains and the bath/shower water didn't go colder than lukewarm.

Wonderful hospitality, very clean and many delightful little complimentary amenities that made our stay very nice. Comfortable beds with individual light controls so you can turn off the big light and still have a reading lamp before bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom compact but had everything you need. We had all day access to the reception snacks, and they offered complimentary drinks on a rainy Tokyo night. My kids aged 6 & 8 loved it!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was so spacious, there was enough to sleep 5 or 6 people honestly. We had a room with a king bed and a twin. And the decor is really beautiful.

I wasn’t expecting it to be this good , from the pictures posted it looked like 1-2 floors , but it is actually a 12 story hotel, and each floor got its own theme, I didn’t try the breakfast so I have no clue, but the staff were amazing and very helpful
