Everything was great apart from the laundry facilities. The dry cycle does not work so you are left with lots of damp clothes and it takes about 3 hrs a load. Must add that staff is excellent! Akimoto especially was so helpful with our luggage transfer issues and went to the extent to offer storage at the hotel to help us.

Fantastic customer service. Hotel has provided above and beyond the toilet amenities that are helpful. Huge room size and king size bed! Very central to any part of Tokyo that is still quietly hidden.

stayed in a Deluxe King and it was a spacious room by Japan/ Tokyo standards. The bathroom was decent size, bed was comfortable and overall very clean and efficient. I didn't use their breakfasts service since I wanted to experience other a available options in the city. The neighborhood is quiet , nice and clean ( Minato is considered an upscale neighborhood). But has metro stations within minutes walking distance. Overall I am satisfied with my choice.

Staff were very helpful our room was located at the end of the corridor it was quiet and clean but hallway and room smelt damp and it was dark. Room seemed a bit rundown and needed a renovation.
