I booked a room for prefered floor and a lounge access. It costed more than just regular room, but it was worth it. The view from the room was great and the launge was fabulous. We ate breakfast everyay at the lounge and enjoied the cocktail hour with Champagne at the lounge. The night view from there was brethtaking. I would book this hotel again next time when I go to Tokyo.

Amazing stay all around

So well located, directly connected with shimbashi and Shiodome stations. Close to Ginza. I believe the limo bus also stops here but took the train from the airport. It’s a corporate area, very clean and quiet at night but still lots of places to eat including a family mart downstairs. The hotel is modern and sparkling clean. Beds are super comfy. We had a very nice view of the river and park. Has laundry machines that worked perfectly and a Yamato desk for transferring luggage. Service was impeccable. Perfect place to stay in Tokyo if you want to access everything but not wanting to stay in more boisterous areas. Highly recommended. Would most definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff - rooms a little dated - but great views and amenities. Especially the 38th floor executive lounge - great value!
