I discovered you don't get the same amenities one day to the next. You have to ask everyday for a towel to dry hair along with the only one per person that is left in the room. Lounge staff is amazing. The room air made us miserable. We changed rooms, still on exec floor...and it was worse. Plus the shower is impossible to turn out to get the water right before you get in without getting soaked. It is too far from the door. Some directions or warnings about ceiling part of the shower could really avoid getting soaked, especially with limited towels, and now wet clothes. A window to the beroom in the shower? That seems gross.No privacy glass? Why?
However, the tub in my previous room was great. I wished I cout reach shower wand for my hair while in the tub. I am greatful for both though.
Directions on how to navigate the underground area closest to the hotel would be helpful and kind. I do feel like the very minimum on customer focused helpfulness is done to prepare guest on the location.
All that being said, it is beautiful and convenient, wish I knew the extent, before my last day of 4 days spent there. Food is excellent. Pillows were horrible. Ended up buying one before last day so we were not miserable.PJs are perfect. I wish I had been given the option to buy some. I would have. I did buy used ones from the hitek in Kyoto. They had a sign and book to choose from. I will miss wearing the hotel pjs that were lent to us. Thank you to the kind people that did help us.
