Very rude staff and people in general in the city. A first arrival the front desk was not welcoming. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and we ask the women at the front about the specials and then just turned our head for a second to look at the special menu they had posted on the board before we can even look back at her she walked away, didn’t even offer us a table at the restaurant. The housekeeping came into our room and picked up the dirty towels but did not leave any fresh towels. We had to call the front desk 6 times before someone actually answered the phone so that we can ask for fresh towels. They also did not make the beds. The rooms was freezing at night ! The heater was not working. The breakfast buffet is alright.
