The clerk was excellent, efficient, quick for us. It was a busy night with a snow storm in Toronto and they were completely sold out which introduced some unhappy people but he was polite, multitasking all over the place and never lost his cool, even when under the pressure of unhappy people. Rooms are good enough for the price point.

Room was rough, shabby, smelly food in hallway. Shuttle was so confusing with 3 different buses marked Sheraton 4 points. Several other travellers were so frustrated when trying to find the right one and curtly told by drivers this is not your bus Called hotel to sort it out and they simply would not answer the phone
