The room had bugs and i was bitten in more than one spot. When I came to Expedia for help, despite having proof, Expedia sided with the hotel. I'm out the cost of the hotel and all my overnight items (clothing, jacket and bags). I couldn't risk my home being infested.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. I forgot my ID at home, and he still helped us out, and got us into our room. The room was amazing. Super clean, and the hot tub was incredible. We had dinner in the restaraunt, and jt was amazing. Also, the breakfast was great. We will be back again for sure.

We stayed in one of the luxury suites and enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The bed was so comfortable that we slept in and missed breakfast, but I heard from others it was nice. We would definitely come back to this place again and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
