Property is aging and lacks attention and maintenance to maintain its former standards. It looks shabby ( e.g, zip ties instead of doorknob on door to ice machine area ) and unloved (e.g. Christmas bough, ornaments and ribbon potted decor is brown and dead but the pots are still flanking the main entry in May). Room “amenities”— like a luggage rack, soap or coffee for the supplied coffeemaker may or may not be present and front desk staff seems puzzled about why guests may ask for them. Overpriced given these factors. Thankfully, it is reasonably clean.

The property is beautifully and conveniently located. The state of the elevators was disappointing - worse than our last visit, several months ago, when only 2 elevators were working. Timely fixing of the elevators is essential in order to not lose guests.
