I paid so much money as I was travelling all the way from Lake Louise Alberta to visit family for 6 days. Turns out the room was small nothing like the picture advertised. The worst was the smell of cigarettes made me unable to breath and on top the fact that no one comes to clean your room that’s crazy. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I guess this was the worst experience so much money paid for a piece of garbage room. Smelly small and curtain had a burnt hole on it. Will never be going to sandman again that’s for sure. It gave just an upgraded MOTEL vibe not even a hotel.

Good hotel near airport and other things to do. We were given an accessible room that we did not request or want. We were told we couldn’t change to a regular room and when I showed them my confirmation that did not indicate a request for an accessible room, they said sorry. Our records show you requested it. Very uncomfortable room.

I got here extremely early than I ever arrived to a hotel before, and I was helped by the young lady at the front multiple times. Also the manager came out and helped me even more and blessed me with early check in. The only thing I would say is getting picked up from the airport by their transportation. I would say call ahead of time because I was waiting for a while, they won’t come unless you call or just happen to be dropping other passengers off. Other than that everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again, wish I could’ve stayed longer, I was only there for one night.

Hotel room is very nice and clean. Check in staff were not as helpful. They were not diligent during my check in process. It felt rushed even though we were the only people checking in. Overall though my experience was good.
