Staff was amazing, switched to my language (French) from my name. Fantastic location for train and concerts. My room had a huge bubble of paint in the ceiling, not sure if it's from water damage.

What a gem of a place in downtown Toronto! Has a boutique hotel feel but lots of rooms. The lobby is gorgeous and modern. The check-in staff was very helpful and let us get in early. The restaurant/bar onsite was great too!

Room was homey and clean. Style was unique. Loved the filtered water dispenser on our floor, very convenient. The air conditioner unit was quite noisy and unable to turn down, only off. Otherwise no complaints.

I found the room to be a very small and tight fit. There wasn’t much space. The shower door had a very small opening. This hotel room wouldn’t be very accommodating for an overweight person. Other than that everything was perfect.

This was a perfect and excellent spot for the Linkin Park concert at the Scotiabank Arena. Worth absolutely every dollar, and would definitely recommend it to friends who need a quick in and out near Union Station!

This is a great find! So convenient to everything. A low key hidden gem. Clean, convenient and unpretentious. A funky vibe. The room we chose was a small one (and it was correctly advertised as such) but all we wanted was as a place to sleep and a home base to explore the city. Loved our stay.

Trendy and Affordable

An unpretentious and jazzy stay within walking distance of everything at a shockingly reasonable cost. The room punched above its weight in quality and the concierge staff were all incredibly helpful and struck a perfect balance of kind and sassy. Loved this stay, immediately my preferred choice in downtown Toronto.
