Emplacement top, mais la propreté à revoir

Nous étions un groupe d'amis avec des enfants entre qqs mois et 8 ans, nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette maison. Les points positifs: l'emplacement en bord de seine, une belle vue sur la rivière, une grande cuisine avec accès direct au jardin. Les points négatifs: - la saleté des lieux! Le revêtement d'une des baignoires complètement écaillé (la rendant inutilisable), des cheveux dans les douches, les lavabos bouchés, une paire de draps couverts d'insectes, des traces sales sur les serviettes de bain. Tous les couverts étaient sales, gras, nous avons dû laver systématiquement tous ceux que nous utilisions. Le micro-onde complètement repoussant. - absence d'eau chaude. Nous avions eu de l'eau chaude uniquement les premières 24 heures. Quand nous l'avions indiqué à la propriétaire, elle nous a "gentiment" indiqué de tourner le robinet d'eau chaude pour avoir de l'eau chaude... - absence de volets / rideaux sur une partie des fenêtres. Comme il faisait jour dès 5h30 du matin, difficile de dormir dans ces chambres. - Au moment de réserver pour 3 nuits, la propriétaire nous indique que le nombre minimum est de 4 nuits (indiqué nulle part sur l'annonce) et nous fait payer cette somme là alors que nous sommes restés que 3 nuits. En résumé, très mauvais rapport qualité / prix.
