The hotel was a close walk to all the sights, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious and clean. The building was remodeled and styled in Art Deco. The stay also included a basic breakfast buffet, and the staff were friendly- I recommend it!

It is very good property for this price . Plenty of dining options nearby, a few minutes' walk from 2 water transport stations, about 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge

Nice visit... would stay again.

Nice place, typical of Venice.. it is not a hotel, rather it seems almost like a Air B & B in which you pick up your keys if you get there past two. Staff were helpful. We got lost, due to my cell phone in the narrow streets for some reason. We figured it out and used the son's phone.. also, use google maps.. not Waze. I did not spend the time to learn the water Taxis before arriving, they are a very nice way to get around.

The hotel is very well placed for getting around Venice, near the famous sites, but quiet. The.staff are helpful and the rooms are more than adequate for the price. The slight downside is the stairs to the attic rooms are very steep and the public areas sometimes smelt a bit of drains, despite the fact that the hotel was very clean. It might just be Venetian drainage systems!

The property is maybe a 10 minute walk from St. Marks Square. There’s a nice restaurant for dinner within 10 feet of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room had AC. If we’re ever back in Venice we’ll stay here again.
