It's a toss-up.

With Palads hotel, it is all about the room you are going to get. One of their buildings is newer and has nicer rooms. Other buildings have moldy, smelly rooms that reek of mold and old age. We stayed in all of them as we were stuck in Viborg for a week due to a family emergency.

Palads Hotel Viborg June 2024

The receptionist was very helpful; he directed us to park the motorbike in a safe area within lockable hotel grounds. Room was large, clean and well-appointed. We didn’t test the en suite sauna or whirlpool bath but the shower was good and the bed comfortable. On thisi occasion it suited us that it was a room-only booking so we could skip breakfast and get on the road.

Historisk sted. Jeg boede på enkelt værelse øverst i hovedbygningen (hr.Stein) fint værelse men ingen varme og start vandet i hanen var brunt, synes godt man lige kunne gå værelset igennem inden det lejes ud. Men igen en gammel bygning med historie som alt i alt var fint. Meget fin betjening, der mangler ikke noget.
