The breakfast is really good loads off choice all you could eat. They had gluten free bread good start to the day . There is a bar and restaurant next door which was very nice too no complaints here. Only think checking out was the min fridge we didn't no we were being charge for it was not mentioned in the room . Was a great bed and shower apart from that all was very nice

When a hotel brands itself as luxury, I expect robes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a coffee machine and free water in the room. It was disappointing that none of that was available (unless through the minibar). When I asked at reception for conditioner I was greeted with indifference. Disappointing.

Breakfast option was fine but everyday the same hot food. No change. Shampoo bottle almost empty. Toilet inside water has unflushed excrement in it, was not flushed....so was the toilet been cleaned up at all? Telephone to call reception not working. I was given a hotel discount at the end. Location is far for major attractions, except for the one mansion was very near. Hotl ok for 1 or 2 nights.

My stay with this hotel was nothing short of being excellent. I must comment on all the staff,especially the Manager, Erika. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. Thankyou for making my stay here an unforgettable and memorable one.

Property itself was good. I booked and requested an upgrade before i arrived. When i asked for the upgrade i was immediately overcharged by staff. I had to ask to not be overcharged for the upgrade. The room did not have the upgrades i paid extra for. The towels were very small and very hard. There was no double duvet to use in the whole hotel. I was left disappointed in general by the level of service.

아주 친절하고 깨끗한 컨디션이에요. 새벽 4시에 도착했는데 프론트에 2분이 계셔서 무사히 체크인 할 수 있었어요. 궁전같은 ㅁ자형 건축물이라 가운데 정원을 바라보는데 너무 좋았어요. 주차는 바로 옆에 일40유로에 댔는데, 널널하니 밤에도 주차 가능했습니다.

Perfect for family stay. Location is across a beautiful park and zoo. Easy commute to the center of Vienna. Room is very clean with daily service. Feels very comfortable there. Breakfast has so many options and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place.
