Great location, super friendly staff

Service at the hotel is impeccable. Staff speak multiple languages and are incredibly accommodating. The hotel has a spa, great restaurants and facilities. The hotel is well located with Stadtpark across the way, a trolly (number 2) stops just outside and takes you into the city centre in just one or two stops. The tube is nearby too on the other side of the park.

The property is extremely busy and there are lesser staff to attend to during check in times at the Reception. Their either being busy or overworked even shows in their getting flustered by simple guest queries ! The room and bed conditions were nothing to write about a Marriot property ! Maybe we had an average stay this time. The checkout, not surprisingly was smooth though :) even though it took us 30 minutes to check out.

Exceptional!!! I love it, love it, love it. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It's very well located, from you can easily access to any point of interest at a walkable distance. The rooms are very quiet, spacious,clean and with comfortable beds. The staff members are very friendly and willing to help at anytime. The breakfast buffet is awesome!!! I highly recommend it.

The staff were fantastic. They are helpful and polite. Hotel is nice and walkable to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel bar had live music and it was great. People were dancing to great music. I had stayed in 2 other hotels during my trip due to work, etc, and if I had to choose again, I would stay at this hotel the whole time as the other 2 (Hilton Vienna Park and InterContinental) were rather disappointing.

This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend.
