The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was incredibly loud with the air conditioner. For over $300 a night there wasn’t anything special about it. Appreciated the bottle of wine from Expedia!

I was told that I would receive a refund of all of the amenity fees due to a dirty coffee service in the room. I still have yet to see the refund from Expedia on my card and cant get an answer from them. This has been frustrating. It has not appeared on my card as a credit.

Great location in the heart of Walla Walla. Easy to walk to main street shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. The hotel is also across the street from the Saturday morning market. Hotel restaurant breakfast is very good as well as the bar menu. We enjoyed the extra space of a junior suite. Always enjoy staying here.

The light above our coffee bar in our room was not working. We asked that it get fixed after discovering it and the staff was unresponsive which made it difficult to enjoy making early morning coffee in our room. We also would enjoyed water bottles in our room.

The staff is the reason I come back. Emma and Theresa took very good care of my stay. They handled everything with ease. They have great recommendations and treat you like family. The rooms are above standards and worth every penny. Always clean, wonderful beds and great showers. Do not pass up on the Marcus Whitman. Book a room immediately or you’ll end up regretting it.

The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the suite. The only issue we had was the air conditioner fan was a little noisy, but we just turned it down and it was fine. Our overall experience was excellent.

Convenient location in downtown Walla Walla. Easy drive to many vineyards. Hotel is vintage but in need of a refresh that is in keeping with its character. The rooms are spacious. Room temperature control is lacking. The bathrooms are old, not updated and tiny. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and polite. The reception staff are efficient but too rigid and unbending when treating a customer with hotel status.

Really liked staying there. A little pricey for the room for what we got but we understand it’s a historical building and a historic hotel. Definitely need to make sure that they allow their guest to dine in the dining room with priority. We tried to get a reservation and we were told we didn’t need one and then when we did go down to eat, we were told it would be an hour and a half wait but there were plenty of tables available. A little disappointing, but we did enjoy the study. Cocktails were delicious.
