Short stay!

Our hotel was clean, and friendly service, Wish we would have known there was no elevator to the second floor. Could have used another pillow, and a blanket, as bed cover was very thin. Reasonable pricing for A short stay.

The property management was kind and curtious. My room had a brown comforter on top of the bed that looked like someone jacked off on. Went in to use pool and whirlpool, looked like someone walked in with work boots, sand, dirt and mud all over.

At least it wasn't worse

I could see that they are making some updates as there were boxes throughout of different hotel items, bed frames ect. However, linens need to be upgraded as they are dingy even when clean and the decor is very outdated. No one was ever at the front desk but available by using the phone. The service was prompt. Housekeeping needs to do a better job as we found a sex toy in the room under the edge of the bed. It was small and blended in with the carpet but none the less.

Know what you’re getting into before you stay!

When my partner and I stayed, our king bed only had two pillows. We requested more, but they told us they had a “pillow shortage” and we would have to make do. By day 2 we found out they were not serving free breakfast as advertised, and the juice and coffee machines were marked out of order. We wouldn’t have minded this as much, except the vending machine was ALSO out of order, so we were forced to walk down the street for drinks, food, and snacks. Both my partner and I started feeling congested while staying in the room. We also noticed our smoke alarm was ripped from the ceiling and missing. No cleaning ever came, no additional towels aside from the 2 towels included at check in, and overall just a poor experience. We knew we weren’t staying at a 5 star hotel or anything, but I’ve done a lot of cheap hotel stays and this was truly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. If it were possible, my partner and I would’ve left and gone to a different hotel in the area on night one.

Horrible cleaning and housekeeping

There was a rotten avocado in our room by the toilet when we checked in. We had 2 towels for 3 people and had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. The outside trash can was over flowing all week and wasn’t able to be used. The trash can in the lobby for breakfast had junk all over it. We had no housekeeping the entire 5 nights we were there so we had to deal with all the piles up trash in our room.
