The location is excellent for access to N Adelaide and the CBD. The Zoo and the Botanic Gardens are within a half-hour walk. There is a bus stop outside the building for the free 98a and 98c busses. The apartments are large, comfortable and well set up with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The car park is under the buildings, while we were there the entry door was faulty and we had to be careful when using the exit lane for entry as well. The interiors appear to have been updated but the style is still rather outdated.

The place is stunning, however there are alot of stairs. I was called to ask if we were okay with stairs but I couldn't understand the caller well and didn't know if there were other options or how many stairs there were. It's not small children suitable. Great for adults or older kids. Also beware on weekends, lots of party goers that stop in the stairwell and talk very loud, all hours of the night, including 5 am in the morning, paper thin walls. Otherwise the place is really nice

We were lucky to be upgraded when we checked in. The ataff were lovely, the apartment was quite spacious, the beds and pillows very comfortable, although the pillows may be too soft for some. Having the kitchen and laundry facilities was very handy. We were super close to cafes and restaurants for dining options, and really quite close to Adelaide city. Overall the apartment was super clean and comfortable and the staff were terrific. We will definitely stay here again.

Properly is located in one of the best streets in North Adelaide with easy access to parks and Melbourne St with it's many dining options. Rooms are very comfortable but starting to show signs of age.
