The room was dirty. Sheets had what looked like fresh blood on them. Bathroom was covered in dirt and dust. Fan was caked with dust. Furniture was broken. You get what you pay for with this one for sure. Luckily I brought my own blankets to put down and slept on top of them. I only needed to take a nap so I wasn’t too mad but definitely would not recommend.

The mirror was off the wall with paint peeling. The bathtub handle was coming off the wall! There was paint missing behind parts of the toilet! Kids couldn’t take a bath because they said not to plug the bathtub The towels and bedding were clean and white so that was good. Staff at the front desk was nice

Clean and comfortable

The room was nice and clean. There was no microwave but one of the guys brought one right down. Someone had disconnected the cable and he fixed that in a jiffy. There were fist holes in one of the walls, but looking past that, the room was dated but clean. Bed was comfy and we had plenty of clean towels. Breakfast was waffles, prepackaged pastries, and bread for toast. PB&J were available. 2 varieties of "store brand cereal were available. One bonus was a large bowl of assorted fresh fruit! YUM! coffee was terrible. I had at least 2 full tablespoons of grounds in mine and his had a little less. I tried pouring the coffee off into another cup but the flavor was still terrible. The highway is nearby but we could barely hear it and only if we really tried.

Better than a cardboard box

The bed was comfortable enough. We didn't find any bed bugs or roaches. The curtain was falling down and instead of actually fixing it, someone had nailed a corner of it up. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refilled by someone who was doing it for the first time but was clean. The ADA bar in the tub was useless because it had already been pulled out of the wall. The coffee table was far too large for the space and was more nuisance than useful. The coffee pot did work. The water for the shower was just slightly north of tepid, but at least had a little pressure behind it. We were awoken at 3am by a tow truck outside our window making a ridiculous amount of racket...really hoping that call was not initiated by the property... The way the property is situated, the traffic noise from the freeway echoes and bounces around making your stay rather loud already. Our room smelt of marijuana...we were unable to decipher whether it was coming from outside or from a surrounding room, but it was stronger near the bathroom, so we guess from a neighbor. The ac/heater/fan did not actually work properly; as if the thermostat was malfunctioning. Bottom line - this hotel is a place to lay your head...you may or may not actually get much sleep, but you will be out of the elements. Mercifully we only needed it for one night.
