Very clean and modern, if a bit spartan. Very close to train station and hence Schiphol. Mattress a bit firm for my taste. Restaurant good food, reasonable price.

A trainwreck - had to ask for towels three times before finally getting them. Half of the channels on the TV didnt work and it takes like 5 seconds to flip from one channel to the next. Internet didn't work AT ALL. They claied they had some issues but fixed them, yet they tried themselves and it didnt work - no apology, nothing. Moved me to the room on the 2nd floor where the internet was still very weak but at least present. From the checkin to the time i was finally in the second floor room (which was of very poor quality from the room I was actually first assigned 9 floors higher - they lied that it was the same configuration) it was well over an hour. The room was tired - black mold in the shower, and some sort of debris on the couch - apparently not cleaned. Overall - one of the worst offerrings through Hotels.com I've ever experienced.

Very convenient to get to airport with regular trains. Lobby areas very nice. Some rooms a bit tired looking but perfect for a business hotel. If your flight arrives late best to eat at the airport first, as restaurants close to hotel are closed by 10pm

Clean tidy and comfortable. The only downsidewas outside the hotel front door where all the smokers were standing and we had to walk through all the smoke and discarded cigarette butts . Very odd putting and made the place dirty. The staff and premis inside are very nice.

Wedding stay

The hotel is very modern and well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room included a coffee machine with pods however, I like tea and there was only one sachet of English breakfast tea and no milk available at all (despite there being a functioning fridge in the room) and none available on request. Breakfast included cereals but none appeared to be a healthy high fibre option and I couldn't find any bread for the toaster other than white.... I am vegetarian and travel a lot in my work, I have come to expect there to be veggie options in the hot-breakfast selection but there were none here. I stayed to attend a family wedding and must add that the food provided was excellent (vegetarian) and the service second to none.

Property modern and new. Staff responsive and kind. The location of the hotel is one train stop away from the AMS airport but if making many trips to the city center will quickly become expensive and time consuming. Room was quiet, had a lovely rain shower, and fancy in-room coffee machine. I felt the room could be cleaner because a towel was stained and hair was on the sofa. I would definitely stay again if location near the airport were a priority.

Location is great. Easy walk to the train station and bus stops. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. I traveled solo and 2 days of my stay i was out really late and no problem. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t try it.
